Virgin Limited Edition has announced it will open a new hotel near Marrakech in 2027.
Located one hour from the group’s Kasbah Tamadot hotel and a 25-minute drive from central Marrakech, the new property will be the second hotel in Morocco within its portfolio.
Set in a 10-hectare private estate, the hotel will have 37 suites, three restaurants, a Chef’s Table and a speakeasy bar, supplied with home-grown, seasonal produce grown in the property’s surrounding organic farm.
Facilities will include a traditional Moroccan spa and hammam, a 40-metre swimming pool, tennis and padel courts.
The property will be designed to showcase local materials, such as stone and wood and artworks by Moroccan and African artists.
Bookings will open in September 2026. The first 22 rooms are expected to open in the first quarter of 2027, with the remaining finished by the end of April 2028.
