Ultra-luxury cruise operator Uniworld Boutique River Cruises will welcome at least 500 UK travel agents on its fleet throughout 2026 – including 150 at an Ultra Luxury Showcase on its new ship, Emilie.
Announcing the news, UK and Europe Managing Director Chris Townson said 2026 would be a ‘big year’ for Uniworld, which is marking its 50th anniversary.
“It also marks a time when we are entering a bold new era of ownership and investment, with a brand new ship launching in 2026 and four more on the way for 2027,” he added.
“We’re excited to launch an unprecedented opportunity for agents to experience the Uniworld difference in 2026. It’s a huge investment for us, but we know the value of agents having this firsthand knowledge, as they come away completely wowed and much better informed on how to sell our unique offering.
“Each time we have trade partners travel with us, enjoying our world-class dining and service, experiencing the entertainment, sleeping in our Savoir beds, we see that understanding really take off, and we never underestimate the importance of our trade partners to our business.”
From 17-19 March 2026, Uniworld will host 150 travel agents at its Ultra Luxury Showcase on Emilie, which will make its maiden voyage on the Rhine earlier that month.
The showcase will bring together agents and representatives from a selection of ultra-luxury ocean cruise brands, including Seabourn, Aqua Expeditions, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Explora Journeys.
The majority of the 150 places will be by invitation, with eight additional spaces available via a new booking incentive launching in January.
Each week, agents will have the chance to secure a place at the showcase, staying in a suite with a private butler. Agents may also bring a colleague.
The incentive applies to all Uniworld bookings made between 1 January and 5 February, and they need to be registered with agency.sales@uniworld.com to be entered into the prize draw.
The first winner will be announced on Friday 16 January, with weekly draws concluding on Friday 6 February.
Additional fam opportunities will be announced throughout the year.
