The St. Regis Maldives Vommuli Resort will host seven chefs and mixologists in August as part of Marriott International’s 2026 luxury dining series, Across the Table.
The programme, which runs from 26 to 30 August, will bring together culinary talent from St. Regis properties across Asia, headlined by two-Michelin-starred Chef Emmanuel Stroobant.
Events include wine and cocktail experiences, interactive cooking sessions, a four-hands cooking class between Chef Stroobant and Executive Sous Chef Ahmet Özuçucu, a curated omakase lunch, and a Mediterranean-style closing breakfast.
Dining formats range from intimate chef’s tables to set menus and collaborative dinners.
It forms part of St. Regis’ global dining programme, designed to showcase regional culinary styles and cross-property collaboration.
The series is available to guests via a four-night ‘Dine & Unwind’ package at the resort.
Elegant Resorts is offering packages including seven-night stays in overwater villas, complimentary half-board upgrade, discounted seaplane transfers and flight-inclusive pricing, with rates from £7,760 per person for travel until 30 September.
