Regent Seven Seas has unveiled its largest-ever wellness offering aboard Seven Seas Prestige, the line’s first new ship class in a decade.
Found on deck four, the fleet’s largest Serene Spa & Wellness space will feature the line’s first-ever salt room and first-ever in-suite gym, alongside an expanded menu of longevity-focused treatments.
The Serene Spa & Wellness facility will house 10 treatment rooms, including an acupuncture room, a Medi-Spa room and a couple’s treatment room, plus a complimentary thermal suite with saunas, steam rooms, a hydrotherapy pool, an aroma room, a snow room and heated loungers.
Treatments include ‘Cryotighten + Firm’ by ELEMIS, the Niagen ‘NAD+ Longevity IV’, and LED-enhanced acupuncture, as well as skin-tightening and body-contouring via Thermage FLX and truSculpt.
At 558 sqm, the ship’s Serene Spa & Wellness Fitness Centre will be the largest gym in Regent Seven Sea’s history and one of the first in the world to showcase Technogym’s new Sand Stone Collection wall-to-wall, along with the Mywellness by Technogym platform.
The Skyview Regent Suite – the world’s largest all-inclusive, ultra-luxury cruise ship suite – introduces a 15 sqm private gym plus two complimentary spa services a day, in-suite or at the spa.
Regent Seven Seas Cruises President Wesley D’Silva said: “Wellness has become a cornerstone of the Regent experience for many of our guests, and our Serene Spa & Wellness offering aboard Seven Seas Prestige has been designed to honour this evolving trend.
“Every detail, from the technology guiding a single treatment to the philosophy behind the space itself, has been considered to help our guests feel truly restored and leave feeling renewed, refreshed and better than when they arrived.”
Seven Seas Prestige’s maiden voyage is on 13 December 2026.
