Radisson to open five more Collection hotels this year

Radisson Hotel Group is adding four new properties to its luxury lifestyle brand, Radisson Collection.

The new properties are in Lake Como, Paris, Casablanca and Riyadh. The new openings follow a ‘milestone’ year in 2025, when five Radisson Collection hotels were added to the collection, in Galle, Berlin, Budapest, Lyon and Brussels. More openings are planned in 2027.

Radisson said the new hotels ‘mark a defining chapter for the brand as it continues its expansion into the world’s most culturally rich and coveted destinations’.

The Lake Como and Riyadh hotels will open in the first quarter of 2026.

The Palazzo San Gottardo Lake Como, A Radisson Collection Hotel will be the brand’s seventh Italian property, featuring 72 rooms and suites, a rooftop terrace with panoramic lake views, close to attractions such as Duomo Cathedral, Piazza Cavour and the Brunate funicular.

Radisson Collection Residence, Riyadh will be the first Salmani‑style architectural tower in Saudi Arabia, featuring 170 high‑end serviced apartments, including eight penthouses and four villas for both short‑ and long‑term stays.

It is situated on King Fahad Road in the Al Mutamarat District, close to Riyadh’s business, government and leisure hubs, and a 40-minute drive from King Khalid International Airport.

Meanwhile, Banke Opera Paris, A Radisson Collection Hotel (pictured), will open from the second half of 2026 – the brand’s first property in the French capital.

The building, close to Galeries Lafayette and Opéra Garnier, was built in 1907 as a grand bank headquarters and transformed into a hotel in 2009.

Following its recent acquisition by a leading Spanish family office, the 90-room hotel is currently undergoing a full renovation, combining ‘Parisian elegance with a contemporary touch’.

Finally, Lincoln Casablanca, A Radisson Collection Hotel, will open in late 2026, in the historical city centre. It is an Art Deco property, built in 1916, which is being renovated.

More properties are due to open in 2027, including in Paris, Bali and Egypt.
