Upmarket villa operator Oliver’s Travels has added more properties to its portfolio after acquiring Sitges Hills Villas.
It is Oliver’s Travels’ third acquisition in three months, following the addition of two French villa companies, Pure France and Lac Montagne in October 2025.
Sitges Hills Villas has a collection of 70 exclusive homes in and around Sitges, just outside Barcelona, including country houses, apartments and townhouses, as well as villas.
Each property ‘has been selected for its unique character and idyllic setting and is equipped to the high standards expected of a quality holiday home.’
Properties include the six-bedroom, four-floor Villa Gironella (pictured), in the exclusive Can Girona neighbourhood of Sitges, which sleeps 10. It has an internal lift, private pool, gym and fitness room, games room, sauna and steam room, with full length outdoor terraces and gardens. Prices start at £6,566 for 10 people for seven nights.
Also in the programme is a meticulously restored 1920s mansion just outside the centre of Sitges, called Villa De Los Leones. The pet-friendly seven-bedroom, seven-bathroom property is a five-minute walk to the beach and 10-minute walk to town. Prices start at £6,164 for 14 people for seven nights. An additional two guests can be accommodated in the summer house on request.
Oliver’s Travels co-founder Oliver Bell said: “This is another strong step forward in our European expansion. Sitges Hills Villas has built an exceptional portfolio in one of Spain’s most desirable regions, and we’re excited to bring these homes exclusively to Oliver’s Travels guests.
“It’s a clear reflection of our momentum and our ongoing commitment to growing a best-in-class luxury villa collection across Europe”
He told Indulge Sitges Hills Villas ‘feels like a natural fit for us’.
He added: “The region has a lot going for it — it’s the perfect mix of countryside and coast, with easy access to Barcelona, and villa living that suits how people want to travel now.”
Sitges Hills Villas Director Alison Scriven added: “I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve built at Sitges Hills Villas, and partnering with Oliver’s Travels feels like the perfect evolution of the business.
“Their approach to quality, curation and guest experience mirrors our own, and I’m excited to see our villas become part of a wider European luxury portfolio while continuing to celebrate everything that makes Sitges so special.”
Oliver’s Travels said it is still actively looking to acquire new businesses.
