Not In The Guidebooks has launched instant bookability across its Lapland programme, giving agents live pricing, real-time availability and instant confirmation on a range of winter stays.
The first five agents to book via the new instant system set to receive a £50 voucher.
The update covers most land-only Lapland packages, with flight-inclusive trips still on request. It is now live for departures from late November to the end of March.
The operator said the move is designed to speed up conversions and make it easier for agents to secure bookings during peak winter demand.
Sales Director Debbie Sowden said the company’s investment in trade ‘remains a priority.’
“Introducing instant availability and live pricing makes it easier for agents to turn enquiries into bookings and removes the barriers that typically slow down winter conversions,” she added.
The Lapland programme includes Aurora cabins, glass suites and other premium accommodation, with private guiding and pre-arranged activities included.
Three-night Rovaniemi packages start from £1,694 per person based on two sharing a Panorama Hut on 24 March 2027.
