New Manchester property unveils two-storey penthouse suite

The Medlock, a new Radisson Blu hotel in Manchester, has given a sneak preview of the property’s two-storey penthouse suite, which spans 150 sq ft and includes a 25 sq ft private terrace with panoramic views over the city centre.

The penthouse has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, with an additional washroom on the ground floor, along with a separate living area, dining space and private terrace. It also has its own dedicated entrance, entirely separate from the main hotel, a personal concierge service, and an express lift providing access across both floors and directly to the private dining room of the hotel’s adjoining brasserie.

The penthouse will also offer the services of a private chef, as well as an additional suite suitable for a nanny or personal staff.

The Medlock general manager Richard Pearson said: “The Medlock’s penthouse suite is a space that we are particularly proud of, truly offering our guests best-in-class luxury when it comes to a stay in the city.

“We’re perfectly positioned to serve both the Etihad Campus and Co-op Live, as well as the wider city, which can be enjoyed through uninterrupted views from the private terrace. For those looking for a discreet and high-end stay in Manchester, guests will be blown away by the space when we officially open later this year.”
