Luxury rental and hospitality group, Eterniti, plans global expansion

Eterniti, a luxury villa and ski chalet rental and property management group, is expanding its portfolio following a cash injection of €30 million.

It currently manages more than 800 luxury villas and chalets, across 25 destinations in Europe, the US and the Caribbean, while also providing on-the-ground guest services and property management.

The group’s portfolio comprises three brands. Bo House is a collection of ultra-luxury villas in destinations such as Saint-Tropez and Courchevel – and soon to expand to St. Barts – with weekly rates reaching up to €400,000. Verbier Exclusive is a boutique collection of 25 fully-staffed luxury chalets in Verbier. Emerald Stay is its ‘affordable luxury’ brand, with weekly stays typically ranging from €3,000 to €20,000.

The company plans to use the additional new funding to continue expanding into popular destinations while further investing in its operational infrastructure, technology platform and guest experience.

“This milestone marks a natural next step in our journey,” said Eterniti co-founder and CEO Maxime Friess. “Luxury travellers increasingly seek space, privacy and authenticity, without compromising on service standards. Our ambition is to build a truly global hospitality group that delivers five-star service in private homes across the world’s most desirable destinations.”
