ITC halves luxury portfolio in brand shake-up

ITC Travel Group has brought Inspiring Travel and Spectate under the ITC brand as part of a wider restructuring and brand refresh with a focus on luxury.

The company has also cut its luxury product portfolio by almost 50%, focusing on a smaller number of products where it believes it can offer greater expertise and service.

Elite Travel Concierge and ITC Private Clients have also been combined under a new ITC Elite proposition aimed at ultra-high-net-worth clients.

The Chester-based specialist tour operator has launched a new logo and refreshed website alongside the changes.

For travel agents, ITC said support will remain unchanged, with access to its product portfolio, training and weekly ‘ITC Friday 10@10’ trade sessions.

Regent and Rainbow will continue to operate independently under their existing brands.

Group Managing Director Lisa Smith said: “Today’s clients can independently access extraordinary hotels, destinations and experiences with just a few clicks, but as the market continues to evolve, ITC believes the future of luxury travel will be defined not by businesses that simply offer more, but by those that create greater value through expertise, trusted partnerships and genuinely personalised experiences.

“It is this belief that has shaped ITC’s latest strategic evolution.

“We’ve brought our luxury expertise together to create something stronger – not by changing who we are, but by building on everything that has always made ITC exceptional.

“We’re incredibly proud of ITC’s heritage and of the people who have built this business over many years. This next chapter isn’t about becoming a different company; it’s about becoming the very best version of ITC.”
