Hyatt’s upmarket Inclusive Collection brand has expanded its Confidant Collective agent platform to include a rewards programme.
The Confidant Collective is a suite of tools that includes content exclusive offers, and the latest news to support agents to sell Inclusive Collection properties.
The platform is organised into three sections: the main Confidant Collective hub; an interactive educational resource called Confidant Learning, and Confidant Rewards, which has just been launched.
Confidant Rewards is a tiered loyalty programme offering VIP travel perks including the ability to redeem points for complimentary stays. Soon, agents will also be able to redeem points for merchandise and charitable contributions.
UK travel agents booking an Inclusive Collection resort through a qualifying tour operator can now register their bookings to earn points through Confidant Rewards.
