Active Travel Group, which owns Ski Solutions, Cycling for Softies and the Wilderness brands, has changed its name to Wilderness Group.
It said the move reflected the year-on-year 21% revenue growth of its Wilderness programme and its further expansion in luxury experiential travel.
Wilderness Group operates across the UK, Ireland and Europe offering small group and tailor-made trips.
The company has also recently acquired Edinburgh-based escorted tours operator MV Luxury Travel.
Wilderness Group CEO Craig Burton said: “This is a natural evolution for our business. The Wilderness brand has seen incredible growth in recent year, and the addition of MV Luxury Travel further expanded our reach into luxury experiential travel.
“Bringing everything together under the Wilderness Group gives us a clearer market identity and a stronger platform for future expansion across our core North American and UK source markets.”
