Grecotel Hotels & Resorts has launched a Facebook chat function to help travel agents secure bookings faster.
The new service is available via the Grecotel Trade Support Facebook page, where agents can message the UK sales team at any time. Grecotel says that a member of the team will respond to queries as soon as possible.
The luxury Greek hotel chain said the initiative has been introduced to ‘streamline communication, provide real-time assistance, and remove common barriers agents face when finalising a booking’.
Agents can use the function to ask last-minute or urgent questions, clarify product details or availability, receive guidance on the correct Grecotel contact and access fast support to help close a sale.
Sales Executive Briony Worrall said: “We know that quick answers can make the difference between securing a booking or losing it, so Grecotel Trade Support has been created to offer fast, direct and reliable help.”
