Carrier rolls out Revive to tap growing demand for luxury wellness travel

Carrier has launched a new collection aimed at helping agents respond to growing demand for luxury wellness travel.

The collection, Revive, features selected experiences from Carrier’s global partner network and is designed to simplify the sale of wellness travel.

The luxury tour operator says wellness is becoming increasingly mainstream but more complex to navigate and position.

Revive is structured as a sales framework built around three client outcome-led pathways: restore, reconnect and renew.

Restore covers recovery and recalibration, including JOALI BEING in the Maldives and diagnostics-led programmes at BUFF Medical Resort in Germany. Reconnect focuses on relationships and shared experiences, featuring fly-fishing at Deplar Farm in Iceland and conservation-led safaris across Africa. Renew targets clients ‘seeking lasting change’ and includes stays at Gangtey Lodge in Bhutan, Aman Kyoto in Japan and Palmaïa in Mexico.

Carrier said the structure is designed to shift agent conversations from treatment-led selling to outcome-led recommendations, helping broaden the appeal of wellness travel beyond traditional spa audiences and engage clients who may not identify as wellness travellers.

To support sales, Carrier has introduced a suite of trade tools including a bespoke microsite platform, featuring branded content, contact details and call-to-action functionality designed as an alternative to traditional brochures.

Agents will also receive unbranded marketing assets including social media reels and digital banners for use across their own channels.

Carrier will also host a webinar led by Head of Trade Partnerships Lee Marshall and the product team, providing further detail on the collection and guidance on positioning wellbeing travel to luxury clients.

Head of Product Rebecca Turner said: “We’re seeing growing demand for travel experiences that support wellbeing, particularly among time-poor clients who are less interested in extensive programmes and more focused on outcomes.

“At the same time, the sheer volume of wellness messaging has made decision-making more complicated. Revive responds directly to that challenge by applying Carrier’s expertise in travel curation to wellbeing and framing it in a way that feels clear, accessible and grounded.

“For our agent partners, it creates a much simpler starting point. Rather than navigating countless wellness concepts and programmes, they can focus on understanding what a client wants to achieve and recommend experiences that align with those goals. It’s a significant opportunity.”
