Carrier launches new, more intimate collection for HNW clients

Carrier has switched the focus of its 2026 Limitless Collection from holidays for large multigenerational groups to more intimate trips following a shift in traveller behaviour.

It said the launch of its Limitless: Intimate Escapes Collection came after seeing a ‘strong movement’ towards high-value bookings with smaller party sizes.

Head of Product Rebecca Turner added: “Bookings between £60-100K grew by 45% last year. Clients want imaginative, boundary-pushing travel – just with fewer people. Intimate Escapes gives agents the inspiration that aligns with how ultra-high-net-worth clients are travelling right now.”

Carrier said the Limitless: Intimate Escapes Collection reflects the destinations and travel styles trending in the £60,000 to £100,000 price bracket, including rising demand for smaller Caribbean islands such as St Barths, immersive cultural itineraries in Japan and cruise‑and‑stay combinations in the Seychelles.

New packages also cater for a growing interest in ultra-luxury cruising, it said, ranging from a 128-day Explora Journeys world voyage to boutique ships and private yacht charters, along with new cruise-and-stay combinations.

Carrier has also reintroduced bespoke microsites for strategic agent partners, who each receive a personalised link with bespoke branding and contact details, tailored calls to action and optional links to their own websites.

Head of Marketing Byanne Akbor said: “This dual-volume platform gives agents a future-focused selling tool – quick, mobile-friendly and visually rich.

“It replaces static brochures with evergreen, easy-to-navigate digital content that can be used whenever opportunities arise.”

Agents will also receive unbranded social‑media video reels and static banners to support campaign promotion.

There will be a Carrier Live webinar on Thursday 16 April, led by Head of Trade Partnerships Lee Marshall, along with the product and sales teams.
