Carrier held its annual A-List Awards on 20 March, handing out awards to more than 30 of its most valued partners.
The event, held at Sopwell House in Hertfordshire, brought together the luxury tour operator’s top-performing agent partners and a host of suppliers.
Accolades were awarded across individual, regional and group categories.
Taking the trophy for Outstanding Individual in Luxury was Mel Fell from American Express Travel & Lifestyle Management, while Wimbledon-based Swords Travel took home the Outstanding Team in Luxury award.
Nadine Lear of Lear Travel won the Luxury Booking of the Year, while 360 Private Travel was recognised as the Luxury Group of the Year.
The Spirit of Carrier Award went to Janey Berry of Berry Travel and Emma Frearson of Luxury by Emma walked away with the Managing Director’s Award.
Jen Lonergan of The Luxury Traveller was crowned Luxury Travel Designer of the Year; More Travel won the award for Luxury High Street Travel Agent of the Year – United Kingdom; Wayne Pollock of Exclusive Luxury was handed the award for Luxury Concierge of the Year – United Kingdom and Travelwise was hailed Luxury Retail Agent of the Year – United Kingdom.
Expanding on the programme for this year’s event a supplier networking session was introduced, alongside a prize draw and an overnight stay for attendees.
