Air Canada has opened its newest premium lounge, at Québec City Jean-Lesage International Airport.
The 97-seat Canada Café, operated in partnership with Plaza Premium, is the first premium lounge at the airport’s terminal, and the seventh Air Canada Café.
Air Canada Managing Director of Product and Services Jacqueline Harkness said: “With this new Air Canada Café, we’ve created a space that feels like a love letter to the city – warm, calm, and inspired by its rich and unique character. Québec City is one of Canada’s great treasures, and we’re proud to bring a little taste of its magic into the travel experience.”
The airport’s President and CEO Stéphane Poirier said the lounge is ‘fully in line with our commitment to offering an ever more welcoming and distinctive experience to travellers who choose to fly from our airport’.
In April, the airline introduced Signature Plus suites at the front of its new Boeing 787-10s, with seats that convert into two-metre beds.
