Whether your clients are looking for hotels with fine dining, relaxing spas, suites with butlers or barefoot luxury, Aruba has a hotel that ticks all the boxes.
As the island is just 20 miles long, all accommodation is within a short drive of the airport and close to the fabulous beaches and key attractions.
Here are a few options to suit different tastes:
Five-star glamour
St Regis Aruba
One of the newest hotels on the island, St Regis has brought its signature service and refined beachfront experience to Palm Beach, with its vast marble lobby, 252 elegant rooms and suites – everyone of which comes with a butler – and breathtaking views.
The St Regis (pictured above) opened in January 2025, so it still has that box-fresh feel, but it seems set to become one of the island’s best-known hotels. Worth mentioning to clients is that it has the only rooftop fine dining restaurant in Aruba.
Be there at six in the evening, when the bar staff perform a Champagne sabering ritual, where they slice off the cork with a sword!
All-inclusive
JOIA Aruba by Iberostar
Located across the road from Aruba’s famous Eagle Beach, this five-star all-inclusive hotel boasts an adult-only rooftop infinity pool with a swim-up bar, in addition to a family pool, a spa with holistic and hydrotherapy zones and a la carte dining as well as a main buffet restaurant.
It has access to Eagle Beach, with sunloungers, a fitness room and a rooftop terrace. A casino will soon be added too.
Boutique
The Bucuti & Tara
For laid-back luxury, the adult-only Bucuti & Tara and neighbouring Manchebo (see below) are hard to beat.
Sitting on Eagle Beach, adult-only Bucuti & Tara sells itself as much on what it doesn’t offer as what it does. It proudly boasts there is no room service, no smoking, no bathtubs, no cash payments, no plastic water bottles, no loud music … the list goes on. What it does offer is a relaxing environment, simple but tastefully furnished rooms, and a chilled vibe.
There’s lots of space on the sandy beach, even when the hotel is reaching full occupancy, and the food in the beachside restaurant is fresh and delicious.
Fitness freaks will love the small but very well-equipped air-conditioned gym, where the energy they expend is harnessed to help power the resort. In fact, it’s the first and only certified carbon-neutral hotel in Aruba.
There’s outdoor yoga on a deck, free morning classes, and beach yoga and sound healing yoga. The hotel also offers private retreats.
At Bucuti & Tara, there’s no rushing to put your towel on your sunlounger – you can reserve your spot from your iPad in your room.
Manchebo
One for foodies, it has four lovely restaurants, including a sushi and a Chop House. The hotel can be booked on an all-inclusive basis and those staying four nights or more also have the option to eat out at selected local restaurants.
Guests not staying at the Manchebo should go for breakfast at the open-air Ike’s Bistro, it’s delicious!

Manchebo is also a great option for guests into wellness, with a gorgeous spa right on the beach, offering treatments and free yoga and Pilates classes.
It has just 72 rooms and children are welcome, but there are no kids’ facilities.
